USA Economy

Picture of a Hairball

I saw the US economy like a giant drain pipe and a huge black hairball that was stuck in it that was beginning to back it up; the water had already been draining more and more slowly but now, as every new strand (of problems, issues or slowdown in a sector, etc.) hit the ball it just got bigger and bigger until the entire drainage system was backed up. In a strange sense the hairball also seemed to have a life of its own and was strengthening itself to withstand any kind of “plunging” efforts to clean it.

I got the sense if we in the US try to do another QE3, help out the EU, etc. we could see a market “plunge”.

There was a lot of “grease” (fat) build-up from the “pork” programs and wasteful spending that had created an impasse as well and the hair (problems or isolated incidents) were not able to pass as it joined-in and got captured by the grease.

So, there was an impasse that could not be passed-through. 

God’s solution was not to get a plunger or “Drano” as one would expect.  God showed me in the picture in my mind that He desired to make the pipe larger and then the blockage could pass through the pipe.  So, the issue is can we have some sudden and major growth in our economy before it is too late and the whole thing, like a sink backs up and everything grinds to a halt? I can’t think of any better area than alternative energies such as biofuels; solar and wind power, biotech, etc. 

I also, see the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf also in a similar situation; a narrow area that much grease (oil in this case) passes through and the Iranians are threatening to “block” it.  We in the US or NATO must not try to unstop the channel by force if it happens (which will be nearly impossible since 20-25% of the world’s oil flows through that narrow “pipe”) but look in the medium and longer-term if possible for the pipe or strait to be “widened” – IE, more sources of oil for the world than just the Middle East through exploration and drilling (in the US, even).

I also see in both the economic sense of the pipe and the oil as well that if we try to “burn” the clog out (through a military operation), that it will cause a grease/oil fire which is hard to contain and takes an entirely different approach to handle.

Tsunami’s

The Lord has brought this subject up to me several times so I know I can’t ignore it.

I see more tsunami’s coming.

The Creativity of Jules Vern

God is releasing the creativity of Jules Vern to imagine and create the seemingly impossible this year.  Lift your hands and say God give me inventions and ideas to steward this year.  Inventions that will change the world!  And then we need to bring them to market and this is the difficult part.

Double Portion

This is the year of double for your trouble; your troubles in 2011 are propelling you into a year of different challenges but ultimate victory for your troubles! A double portion.

As Elisha asked “where is the God of Elijah?”, His body will answer “in us!”

Say “Lord, I claim my double portion in 2012!”.

Praying Over Everything

Pray over everything; family members, even your water supply, electricity, air…etc.

Don’t take anything for granted.

Pray over your calendar and your appointment schedule.  That you would be at the right place at the right time 365 days in 2012.

Your prayers especially for unsaved loved ones could be the difference between life and death.

Regional and Local

Seek the Word of the Lord for your regional and even local economies; seek God’s novel local and regional solutions.  A generic word for the USA is good this year but the old real estate adage location, location, location applies to this season.

Come Against “Pockets of Resistance”

We need to come against “pockets of resistance” in our lives.   Where are we unconsciously or consciously resisting God in our lives?  I am talking about a subtle resistance, we need to come against these areas this year to position us for what God has in 2013 and we must regain – lost, stolen and even given-up ground this year.  And we take new ground, virgin territory this year, territory that has never been taken before.  I will ask you perhaps at the end of the year, “do you feel closer to God now and you must be able to  say “Yes”. Remember, it’s to prepare you for what is to come.

Solemn Assemblies

There will be Solemn assemblies called this year in many places in the world.

WISE along with other leaders is currently seeking the Lord about calling a Kingdom Economy Solemn Assembly in the first quarter of 2012.  You will be notified shortly as to our agenda (which is seeking Him) and our speakers (everyone invited to share).

I saw God’s business leaders and ministry leaders laying before Him with the calendars and schedules and saying “Lord, I give you my schedule, take me to those places I need to go when I need to go and clear my schedule from erroneous or dangerous appointments”.

God wants us to seek Him for 2012 and for His voice; we do not need general prophetic words in this season, we need specifics for each of our families and business; each of us needs to “up” our ability to hear Him for ourselves in a better way.  We need prophetic economists to arise in the land! WISE is there, on the forefront. We need “Sealed-Team Six”-Level prophetic teams that can go anywhere in the world.  Again, we are working on this right now.

Iran and Mayhem

Iran is sending out a spirit of havoc, a malevolent spirit called Mayhem.  They are taunting the US and nuclear war may be on the horizon,

Look at the Allstate Ads.  There is a character that causes all kinds of accidents and he is called Mayhem.  This is not a disparage Allstate; no, the natural parallels the spirit realm.  We have tolerated Iran for too long…

God will deal with Iran.  War is imminent, many can sense it; The US is going to be sending troops to Israel for joint military operations in the next few months. 

Regain All

I believe that you will regain all that the enemy has stolen from you in 2012.

First 3 Months

First 3 months and especially January will set the tone for us in the church individually and corporately.

God is going to empower companies to be the Real (New) Deal.

The New Deal was a series of economic programs implemented in the United States between 1933 and 1936. They were passed by the U.S. Congress during the first term of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The programs were Roosevelt’s responses to the Great Depression, and focused on what historians call the “3 Rs”: Relief, Recovery, and Reform. That is, Relief for the unemployed and poor; Recovery of the economy to normal levels; and Reform of the financial system to prevent a repeat depression. The New Deal produced a political realignment, making the Democratic Party the majority (as well as the party which held the White House for seven out of nine Presidential terms from 1933 to 1969), with its base in liberal ideas, big city machines, and newly empowered labor unions, ethnic minorities, and the white South.

President Obama is trying to revive the “New Deal” rhetoric and compares himself to FDR.

God is anointing some companies to be the real deal with real relief, real recovery and real reform.  His New Deal will empower companies to be the social transformers that the following Top 10 New-Deal-Created Agencies were trying to be:

1. CCC – Civilian Conservation Corps

The Civilian Conservation Corps was created in 1933 by Franklin D. Roosevelt to combat unemployment. This work relief program had the desired effect and provided jobs for many Americans during the Great Depression. The CCC was responsible for building many public works and created structures and trails in parks across the nation.

2. The Civil Works Administration

The Civil Works Administration was created in 1933 to create jobs for the unemployed. Its focus on high paying jobs in the construction arena resulted in a much greater expense to the federal government than originally anticipated. The CWA ended in 1934 in large part due to opposition to its cost.

3. FHA – Federal Housing Administration

The Federal Housing Administration was a government agency created to combat the housing crisis of the Great Depression. The large number of unemployed workers combined with the banking crisis created a situation in which banks recalled loans. The FHA was designed to regulate mortgages and housing conditions.

4. FSA – Federal Security Agency

The Federal Security Agency established in 1939 had the responsibility for several important government entities. Until it was abolished in 1953, it administered social security, federal education funding, and food and drug safety.

5. HOLC – Home Owner’s Loan Corporation

The Home Owner’s Loan Corporation was created in 1933 to assist in the refinancing of homes. The housing crisis created a great many foreclosures, and Franklin Roosevelt hoped this new agency would stem the tide. In fact, between 1933 and 1935 one million people received long term loans through the agency that saved their homes from foreclosure.

6. NRA – National Recovery Act

The National Recovery Act was designed to bring the interests of working class Americans and business together. Through hearings and government intervention the hope was to balance the needs of all involved in the economy. However, the NRA was declared unconstitutional in the landmark Supreme Court case Schechter Poultry Corp. v. US. The Supreme Court ruled that the NRA violated the separation of powers.

7. PWA – Public Works Administration

The Public Works Administration was a program created to provide economic stimulus and jobs during the Great Depression. The PWA was designed to create public works and continued until the US ramped up wartime production for World War II. It ended in 1941.

8. SSA – Social Security Act

The Social Security Act was designed to combat the widespread poverty among senior citizens. The government program provided income to retired wage earners. The program has become one of the most popular government programs and is funded by current wage earners and their employers. However, in recent years concerns have arisen about the viability of continuing to fund the program as the Baby Boom generation reaches retirement age.

9. The Tennessee Valley Authority

The Tennessee Valley Authority was established in 1933 to develop the economy in the Tennessee Valley region which had been hit extremely hard by the Great Depression. The TVA was and is a federally owned corporation that works in this region to this day. It is the largest public provider of electricity in the United States.

10. WPA – Works Progress Administration

The Works Progress Administration was created in 1935. As the largest New Deal Agency, the WPA impacted millions of Americans. It provided jobs across the nation. Because of it, numerous roads, buildings, and other projects were completed. It was renamed the Works Projects Administration in 1939. It officially ended in 1943.

Study these programs and then ask God for His wisdom in implementing any of these and how you should do so.  There are some merit in each I am sure but the solution to society’s problems are not through Big Government but through our Big God.

God wants to use companies to bring Social Justice, ministering and training for the poor and the widows and the orphans.

Righteousness and Justice are the foundation of his throne. Ps. 89:14.

The New Deal was a response to the Great Depression by expanding services and Government;  The Federal Reserve Act of 1914 already created a Big Banking System.

How are companies to respond to the FRA?  What is God’s alternative? Pray about an alternate system that is not Debt-Based to fund, lend and grow profits.

The New Deal was I believe a fear-based response to the Great Depression; God’s Newer Deal will be a faith-based response to the Greater Depression that we are currently in which started in 2008 and will go to at least 2018 I believe.  The Greater Depression will be longer and more deep than its successor and will grow to be world-wide based upon unsustainable spending and derivatives and the weakness of a Global and thus interconnected Economy (put simply).

God wants to use you to reform the financial system; bring relief to the captives and recover the sight to the blind.

The Democratic Party dominated the White House for 7 out of 9 presidential terms; “God’s party” which is the Kingdom will have preeminence and it will be everlasting as we go into the Millennial Reign of Christ.

God’s army will rise in place of unions and the “machines”! There will be no need to “organize” because of the fairness of God’s Kingdom structure.

Part I:

Mat. 6:23 But if your eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

Luk. 11:24 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when your eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when your eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

The eyes “leak” what is inside.

25: Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

How can light be darkness?

Evil = Darkness

Single Eye = light (focused, alert, awake)

“Evil” Eye = darkness

V25: means to take heed if you think you have light in you when you really have darkness in you.

Luk. 9:54-55 “Master, shall we call fire from heaven down on them?  But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, you know not what manner of spirit ye are of.”

We need to be careful in what mindset or spirit we are in and how we operate.

E.G. Control, rebellion, criticalness, etc.

Single eye versus double mindedness: James 1:8 A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.

My Theory:

Evil starts out in darkness that is “visible” to almost everyone.  For example, someone who murders somebody is obviously filled with evil or darkness.  But how about someone caught up in the New Age?  These people say that they are filled with the “light of the universe, mother nature, oneness with the universe, etc.”  The Scripture states that the greater darkness is “dark light”.  Let me say that again; the greater darkness is a “brighter” (smarter, more deceptive?)  darkness. This means that there is a progression in evil from blatantly dark to openly “light” – more accepted, more educated, more “intelligent”, something like the New Age Movement , that posits that we can become “en-lightened” ourselves and ultimately that we can become God, to know good from evil but instead those caught-up in it get it backwards and call good evil and evil good.

The Tree of Life:

Seeking light that does not originate from God causes our perceptions to be dulled and opens us up to the darkness of deception.  So dark light is the light of deception.  It is carnal or worldly wisdom from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and not the “wisdom from above” which is from the Tree of Life.

Dark light is Satan’s answer to blatant darkness and evil. “How can I make my ideas look better to them”? I can hear him asking; example, Wicca or “white magic”.  “It’s only simple spells”.  How about RPG (Role Playing Games) such as Skyrim (a best-selling game) that allows up to 85 “enchantments” to be made over objects and people.  The goal of the game is to slay as many dragons as possible. Sounds innocent enough; fighting dragons.  There is a Biblical character that I remember that was called a dragon.

Relativism and Post-Modernism explain these away as well as all spirituality as pure fantasy and harmless while the enemy laughs at a resurgence of occultism and paganism in the societies of the world and even in our homes.  Christians know about the dangers of Ouija Boards (hopefully) but what about these games, books and movies? Many parents are oblivious to what is going on; witchcraft has entered millions of Christian homes!

These games and books and movies have power; if the light that is in you be darkness how great is that darkness, Jesus said.  If you are involved in any of these things, forsake them, repent to God and be filled with the light of God.

Darkness to light and bad to worse

The greater the deception the more acceptable to the masses and the more light or harmlessness that is assumed.  But it is the greater death, the greater deception.

II Cor. 11:14 …for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

The enemy transforms himself into an angel of light.  That means he does not start out that way…he transforms or metamorphoses into something deceptive, something that looks like God – light. But it is a dark, deceptive light!

Heb 5:14  But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

We are to discern both good and evil. Ask the Lord to open your eyes.  We have spiritual eyes and spiritual ears. Discern the good things that the Lord is doing in your life and not just negative things in the people that are in your sphere of influence. When God wants to bless you he sends a person in your life; when the enemy wants to derail-you or harass you he sends a person in your life.  Through discernment know who is from God and who is not.

Part II:

Deception

We are in an age of unprecedented deception where it is possible for the elect to even be deceived.

II Tim. 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

Mat. 24:24 For there shall arise false Christ’s, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

False Christ’s and false prophets will arise.  So that means that there must be true prophets.

But, there will be those that will call evil good and good evil.

Is. 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!  This is Satan’s deceptive “dark light”.

Remember that the enemy transforms himself into an angel of light.  That means he does not start out that way…he transforms or metamorphosis into something deceptive, something that looks like God – light, dark light.

The more we give into deception the more the lie is transformed into the “truth” – according to us, in our lives.  Deception is progressive and it becomes more anchored in us.  Deception (such as the Masonic) becomes entrenched and multi-generational.  It becomes harder and harder for subsequent generations to be freed from it.

This is why we need the Word of God to renew our minds.  Rom. 12:2 “Be ye not conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

We also need freedom from generational sins and curses.  We need to become “Freedom Fighters”; for ourselves our families and others.

Don’t be deceived by dark light; call it what it is – evil; eradicate witchcraft, paganism and any affects of Masonry from your life; have a single eye and think on those things that are pure and good and noble.  Remember, we become like what we observe.  Beloved please look upon Jesus.

So my wife and I were driving down Route 9 last Saturday just minding our own business, talking about something inane like whether or not Angelina Jolie could beat Jennifer Aniston in a Russian underground roller derby slap fighting ring when all of a sudden she pointed out the window emphatically and exclaimed, “what is THAT thing?!”
I peered out through the windshield and saw something that I’d only seen before in pictures:

Pictures can’t do this thing justice, however. I’m a veteran of many, many air shows and pre-game jet fighter fly-bys, but no plane I’ve ever seen (military or otherwise) was as ominous, foreboding and awe-inspiring as this thing. It was unbelievable.
First off, you can see why the yokels out at Area 51 thought they were seeing UFOs when the USAF was test flying these things in the Nevada desert. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. It’s almost completely flat, pitch black, and unconventionally shaped. It seriously just looks like a hole in the sky. Plus, when it flew over our heads we didn’t even hear it. It was flying pretty low, and the fact that it was completely silent just made its presence that much more unnatural and unnerving. Watching this thing fly over top of our car was enough to convince me that if the USAF is out to get you there’s not a whole lot you can do about it. If this thing wanted to drop eight thousand pounds of ordinance and replace my Honda with a giant smoking crater, my experience Saturday convinced me that I’d be a goner!
The B-2 bomber is the epitome of Stealth Technology; it’s invisible to all forms of radar and tracking and gives off no heat signatures, vapor trails or audible clues as to its location. Note from Charles: going “silent” in the spirit is very important through “Spiritual Cloaking Technology”. It utilizes its absurdly long range to launch bombing raids on the Middle East from secure bases as far away as the United States and Europe and it’s black hull, combined with the fact that it usually executes it’s bombing raids at night, makes it virtually impossible to detect with the human eye. It flies at incredibly high altitudes, but is capable of using its on-board guidance systems to accurately place large numbers of bombs and strike dozens of targets in a single run. The amount of ordinance it carries and the lack of a need for fighter escort (thanks to the Stealth Technology), allow two B-2s to complete a bombing raid which previously required 32 F-16s, 16 F-15s, and 27 support aircraft, and perform it with a range that was unheard of before-hand. Note from Charles: You don’t need hundreds of intercessors, you just need the ones with the right spiritual technology. It’s the ultimate in “silent but deadly”, like roughly equivalent to being surprise attacked by fifty thousand ninjas AT THE SAME TIME.
B-2s have served in Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq, and a stealth bomber has never been shot down by enemy fire. Also, it costs like three billion US dollars to make ONE of these planes. You’ve got to respect any piece of military hardware that’s so expensive that one-fifth of the countries in the world couldn’t buy it with their Annual Gross Domestic Product.
Note from Charles, these kinds of Kingdom Service Providers are not cheap but they are worth it!

God is updating the B2 Spirit’s weaponry to include nuclear applications when required to bring “shock and awe” into the enemy’s camp!

Christians will pass through many trials, and will be prepared in such a manner that the Lord will trust them with the wealth of the nations. Though the prophetic voice is still being restored, vision has not been lacking in recent years. At the same time, some resources needed to support marketplace ministries seems to have been partially withheld. I believe one of the missing ingredients in the marketplace is the presence of church apostles and prophetic voices.

A Recurring Vision of a Young Joseph
In the past few months I have had a recurring vision of a twelve year old man named Joseph. He has a gleam in his eye and strength in his body. As I watch this vision repeatedly unfold before me, I see a boa constrictor wrapping itself around his midsection, attempting to squeeze the life and breath out of him. In the vision, it has appeared to be a life and death matter.

I believe this young man represents the “Joseph Company” after the spirit and nature of Joseph in the book of Genesis. It is not a new birth, or something just now conceived, but rather something which has been declared for about a dozen years. The young man is coming of age from boyhood into manhood, therefore he has now become a genuine threat to the enemy. Consecrated marketplace men and women hold an enormous key for the coming Harvest. In my opinion, this makes marketplace Christians one of the greatest threats to the enemy’s camp of anything that has been released in recent history. Because of the intensity of this attack, we desperately need to see a partnering of the business world and prophetic voices.

A Confirming Dream
For several weeks I have been seeking understanding of how this vision may be applied practically. I have been asking the Lord to release His wisdom on how to respond to the attack against the lives of marketplace Christians. Businesses are coming under increased demonic attack, and individuals with marketplace callings are coming under unusual stress and pressure. Many ministries I know have been struggling for their very life, just like the Joseph from the vision. I recently received a dream in which a piece of paper floated down to me from the sky. In big bold letters it stated, “Needed: Marketplace Intercessors”.

The Call To Prayer
I am convinced that the lack of intercessors is one of the major missing ingredients in the business world. Marketplace intercessors must respond. Prayer shields must be put in place for these struggling businesses. We have prophetically called forth these new “Josephs” into being, but we must now become proactive with the global prayer movement. Prayer warriors must assist their brothers and sisters in their endeavors. We must partner together both in the office and in our prayer closets.

It’s time to pray.”

The Two Houses

The House of the Watchful and the House of the Wise.

In his excellent book, “The Emerging Daniel Company”, Aaron Evans describes a dream that Prophet Bob Jones had. In the dream Bob describes two houses; the House of the Watchful and the House of the Wise. Both of these houses had become desolate and were found wanting by God and the former stewards were pulled from it. Some had tried to sell it for fame, an act that God despised. Their time was up and the land was ready for new occupants. Unfortunately, the unrighteous had inherited it; the enemy had stolen the territory.
However, God had a plan to restore this stolen land seven times over.

In short order, the evil tenants were burned out.

Is. 49:8 reads “In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you; I will preserve you and give you as a covenant to the people, to restore the earth, to cause them to inherit the desolate heritages.

These two houses that God is restoring exist together and work together powerfully. I like to call them dispensations; the Spirit dispenses or pours-out His anointing for these functions to hungry hearts.

The House of the Watchers are those Prophetic Intercessors that see in the spirit realm and warn the House of the Wise what is coming. They “go with the flow” of the Holy Spirit and catch the wave of what God is saying now and what is on the Lord’s heart. Bob Jones likens them to “wild geese”; no one can sneak-up on a wild goose. Geese work very well together and share the load; they fly in a “v” pattern and when the leader is tired he falls back and another takes his place. These are the intercessors or watchmen that stand at the gate and warn the Wise Ones with the special ability through the Prophetic and Apostolic and the gifts of wisdom, understanding, council and might.

The House of the Wise then take this revelation and seek the Lord with what to do with it; how to respond to it and how to interpret it. The House of the Wise are problem solvers that have an excellent spirit, knowledge, understanding, interpretation of dreams, solving “riddles” and problems and explaining enigmas.

The House of the Wise functions in a “Seven-Fold” anointing. See Is. 11:2. The Wise operate as the Sons of Issachar of old; those who knew the times and the seasons and what to do about them.
See I Chron. 12:32. They are part of the “Daniel-Company” a new breed of “Kingdom Consultants”.

God has anointed us as Kings for a season.
What does this mean?

A season is a definite period of time. That is, there is a specific starting time, reign and an ending time.
God appoints His Kings. Man can only recognize and Commission that which God has already blessed.

Again Kings (Apostles or Apostolic Reformers) are NOT self-appointed; they are appointed by God and recognized by man.

Some Attributes of Kings:

Kings have to have a period of proving themselves. Think of Joseph and Daniel. There is a training time (think of Prince William in England). God has had many of you in a training time; what is your Joseph “pit” experience?

Kings are people of influence and financial means and those that walk in the favor of God and man. (Prov. 3:4)

Every good king in the Bible blessed his people and Israel and Judah prospered during their reign.

Business people and political leaders are kings when they are set in by God and they are despots when “set in” by the enemy. The bible calls them the “Kings of the earth”.

Kings have a territory, a domain, a Kingly Domain or a King-Dom. There is a specific territory or land that a king has a “jurisdiction” to. This is important because all kings are implicitly intercessors. They petition God on behalf of the people and the land (Ez. 22:30) and the kingdom. Priests and prophets represent God to the people. Kings represent the people to God. Good kings know that it is God who has placed them in authority and that he can remove them whenever he desires. .

Good Kings in the Bible:

Kings are benevolent. Kings show mercy to their people but also are called to judge rightly and fairly. Remember righteousness and justice are the foundation of our Heavenly Father’s throne. Ps 89:14. Earthly kings set in by God operate like their father in righteousness and justice.

Kings have subjects and citizens. This is their “metron” in the Greek or their scope of influence.

Kings have hired servants; for example cupbearers, bakers. Modern-day apostles in business have employees; modern-day pastors who operate in the apostolic function have members and volunteers.

Kings or Change Agents are influencers.

Kings have a right and an authority to decree a thing. Job 22:28 says “You will also declare (decree) a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.”
Kings make declarations; and what they say is upheld as the law of the land and it comes to pass. Kings have an authority when they speak.

Kings for a season: This is the season for the Lord’s King’s to arise. Call them Joseph’s or Daniels in the business and governmental realms but they are kings; benevolent rulers who do not abuse their authority and realize that God has set them in for a season.

Strategic intelligence for you:
We as kings and society transformers must work while it is light for the darkness is coming Jesus said when no man can work (John 9:4). There is a specific time and number of days in end-time prophecy such as Daniel’s 70th week and we too have a specific time to work; God can speed up or slow down our involvement and interactions with others; our divine contacts; look for divine doors that have been closed to open quickly; move decisively in this season when God confirms; do not delay; there are “moving windows” of opportunity but they are only open for a season; have the prophetic ministry available to you. Seek the Lord; do not act hastily but act assuredly.

There will be some people with contempt that will try to hold you back because they are still bound by fear. As I said in the beginning of the year in our Kingdom Finance webinar (click here to view it) get a grip on fear; remove it from your life; and there may be some people that are a hindrance to your next level that you will have to leave behind for now. All that were for you in your prior season will not necessarily be at your side in this next season. What was provision for the last season may become a curse in the next season; Remember manna only lasted until the Israelites went into the Promised Land.

We are not only kings and not only priests; we are kings AND priests (Rev 1:6). This means we operate in both functions and are not limited by either role. For example, we can “rule” with equity, and mercy over those that are given to us but we also can go to God for ourselves and see what He commands of us and the people.

We as Kings and transformers are not limited to only the religious sphere of influence either; we can cross-over to the business mountain or the mountain of arts and entertainment even if we are serving God in the full time ministry.

Will you arise to your place and rule and reign in your domain of influence as a king, today, right now?

 
Pray this prayer with me:

The Prayer of Kings:

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you as your representative on the earth, as your king in my sphere of influence in the season that you have assigned to me which I believe is NOW. I ask that you would anoint me right now for service to you in my occupation. I pray that you would help me to show mercy and compassion on those that I am in authority over. I ask you to keep me humble and that you would help me to execute your righteousness and justice in the earth from this day forward. I repent of misusing your authority in the past. Lord, let your kingdom come, and your will be done in my life and in my family and in the work of my hands that you have given me. Anoint me as Bezaleel of old (Ex. 31:1-6) and make me skilled in the craft that you have called me in. Help me to be a good kingdom citizen and a positive representative of you on the earth to give you glory and help me to never draw back from your calling, your authority and your assignments for on this earth. Lord, I am open to new and greater assignments. Speak to me; help me to be your king on the earth (Rev. 1:6). I decree that as for me and my house and my business, we will serve the Lord (Josh. 24:15) and I say increase King Jesus; increase in the earth, increase in me – my mind and my heart and my spirit. Build me up in faith in you from this day forward. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Note: I will use the terms “Kings”, “Transformers”, “Change Agents” and “Apostolic Reformers” interchangeable in this writing.

There is a season for your “reign” but it is only for a season…
Your assignment is to reign with equity and justice and to know when to cease your reign and when to appoint and anoint your heir. I will focus on the first two points in this blog entry and on the third in a following entry.

Word from the Lord:
Seasons change and the new season is “now”; this is the beginning of your reign as a marketplace King says the Lord. There is nothing that I do not do except that I first reveal it to My Servants the Prophets (Amos 3:7). My Word says that I have set my King (Jesus) upon my Holy Hill of Zion (Ps. 2:6). (The Bible calls “bad kings” “Kings of the earth” and that they will “rise up” and “band together” and challenge Christ and His Kingdom. This is only a counterfeit of what God will be doing in that season and that season is now).

I have now set my marketplace apostles as kings in the land.
The land is about to shake like never before in unusual places (such as has recently occurred in Virginia and Washington DC, comment mine)

Note: The Washington Monument now has a 4 foot crack in it. Washington is the Founding Father of this nation and so this speaks to our foundation – “found”-ation.

This is a physical shift that is a sign of a spiritual shift in the land.
Just as the National Cathedral shook off some of it ornamental (but not functional) attachments so shall I do this not only for my church but for all of society including government;
I am beginning to shake government like never before; only that which is good and of me shall remain.

Elected officials shall “shake in their boots”; not just from fear on what is coming but for a holy fear and a holy dread of me for I am a consuming fire in their midst. (Heb 12:29)

I raise one up and cause another to be brought low (Ps. 75:7); I am the god of verity and justice and I do all things well and I have come to answer the cries of my people and the cries of the poor and the fatherless and the motherless and the orphans; they cry out to me for life and for support and for food and for hunger and for nourishment and for justice.

There has been a drought of justice in the land says the Lord but I am bringing a change – a true change to this country and to the nations of the world; you shall see kingdom rise against kingdom and nation against nation for I am in this and I am in the midst of the battles and the fires and I am rearranging and shifting sheep and goat nations even now and I am causing a new order and new borders to arise out of the chaos and the cry of humanity which I have heard. I am coming with a refiner’s fire (Mal. 2:17) and as the Judge of the Earth (Ps. 98:9) in this new season the season of My Reign says the Lord.

Justice shall be swift and the changing of the guard politically and spiritually (in my church) shall be swift; see what I do in the next 20 weeks and the next 20 months and the next 20 years says the Lord.

There have been cruel taskmasters and cruel punishers of my people. Mammon and a lust for power as demonstrated in your leaders have ruled my people long enough. The Masonic System has ruled my people long enough and I have come down as in the Book of Exodus and am saying to Egypt “let my people go”. “Let them come and worship me”. For I am the supplier of all their needs says the Lord.

To my Kings I give you my authority; the scepter is extended to each of you; replenish the earth, subdue it; my dominion is an everlasting dominion. I have given you dominion and you are rulers of the air; yes, there is a “prince” of the air but his influence in that domain is coming to a speedy end. Rule the air; take my kingdom and my dominion to the uttermost parts of the earth as I first gave it to Adam and Eve. (Gen 1:26)
End of Prophecy

Just as the Washington Monument shook and a crack formed in the very symbol of our freedom. Even the very foundations of this nation are being shaken. But God’s Kings – His Joseph’s, His Daniels, Transformers, Change Agents, Apostolic Reformers (insert whatever name you identify with)… are arising.

The following are two articles by Morris Ruddick that are very important for our times; please read both. The enemy is opening “swirls” and God is opening “portals” of influence over the cities and nations of the world and WE can impact these access points both positively or negatively with our tongues – especially those who are in spiritual authority such as believers anointed for service.

In case you haven’t noticed the amount of spiritual warfare over our lives and especially over our children – the next generation, has increased my friends and the margin for error amongst those anointed for service in the Body of Christ and in the Marketplace has decreased. Every Christian needs to read this.

MISGUIDED TONGUES

Next month will mark the anniversary of a day our family will never forget.

On October 24, 1996, our 30 year old daughter Trisha Stemple was brutally murdered. Trish, a beautiful young mother of two, was the administrator for an overseas disaster response ministry and loved the Lord with all her heart.

This post was originally written days after her funeral and with minor adjustments, it is being re-sent because of the significance of the truth it contains for the time we have entered.

During the time of shock and pain at her death, we had many questions. But the Lord clearly let us know that there are some issues, in terms of our need for answers that you simply don’t touch. The only recourse is in turning to the Lord and in trusting Him. Some answers in this life will only be understood when we meet the Lord face to face. In a tragedy like this, those include the ‘whys’ and the ‘if onlys.’

However, as a prophetic intercessor, the morning before Trish’s funeral I asked the Lord for the context of what had been taking place in the heavenlies. The answers I received have become even more applicable today than they did at the time we originally faced this tragedy. They reflect a truth foundational not only for those called as intercessors, but for any operating in ministry during the perilous times we have entered.

The Increase in the Intensity of the Battle

My first impression after asking the Lord for an understanding of the broad context of what was taking place in the heavenlies, was a strong sense of an incredible increase in spiritual activity — much, much warfare. The type of warfare reflected by what Scripture refers to as a time in which “the very elect might be deceived.” At the time, I had a distinct sense that this warfare had been building to new heights and levels; and since that time, it has definitely continued escalating.

But then, shortly after the funeral with my heart aching but on the alert for answers, a family member shared a vision a friend with a prophetic gifting had had, just prior to Trish’s death. The vision was of a heavenly being’s hand pointing and saying — “YOU TALK TOO MUCH.”

I believe that Word was directed to a broad spectrum of anointed members of the Body; a broad group of those anointed for service.

Keep in mind, what I had already been asking the Lord for was to identify strategic issues that could be dealt with in intercession. Specifically, stratagems the enemy is attempting to throw against us as a Body. At the time, I frankly didn’t get all the details of the “you talk too much” vision, other than knowing in my heart that it was part of the answer I had been seeking. I then was told of a similar dream two intercessors had had, that related to this vision. In each dream, there was a fire raging — a fire set in motion due to loose, misguided tongues.

The Fire Released by Loose, Misguided Tongues

Then, the morning after these things were shared with me, as I was praying, additional revelation began coming forth. First, I realized that these clues pointed to the broader context by which loose tongues create open doors of vulnerability within the Body to attacks from the enemy. And indeed, a fire has been set in motion and is raging.

With that insight, I also recognized a critical need for the saints to bond together in intercession to put out this fire.

And there likewise is the need for loose tongues …. and the soulish nature that guides them …. to become completely subject to the Lord, together with the ‘thoughts’ referred to in 2 Corinthians 10:5 which refers to casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God; bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

The Enemy’s Target: Believers Anointed for Service

But there was more. It became very clear to me that the misguided tongues of primary concern were among those ‘called’ to and anointed for ministry service; and believers close to those who are called …. in most cases, well meaning believers.

But nonetheless, it involves soulishly-driven tongues that lack adequate spiritual understanding of specific situations and circumstances … who backbite, accuse, criticize and pass judgments on persons and matters on which they at best don’t understand …. who simply talk too much …. and in so doing have become dupes of the devil.

The Word comments on the prophet Samuel, that “the Lord let none of his words fall to the ground.” The words of those anointed for service have potency. A potency the enemy wants to harness.

The Enemy’s Goal: Harnessing the Anointing

Unfortunately, these loose, misguided tongues from within the Body are being used by the enemy to harness the potency of the anointing to come against initiatives, pathways and even movements the Lord has been setting in motion.

James 3:6 addresses believers, and in the Amplified version reads: “And the tongue is a fire. The tongue is a world of wickedness set among our members, contaminating and depraving the whole Body and setting on fire the wheel of birth — the cycle of man’s nature — being itself ignited by hell (Gehenna).”

Similarly, the truth outlined at the end of Proverbs 4 and beginning of Proverbs 5 presents the sequence by which the unsuspecting are seduced. Proverbs 4:23 begins the admonition to “Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.” But then without even getting to the doorway to seduction, the 24th verse deals with the role of the tongue: “Put away from you a deceitful mouth, and put perverse lips far from you.” Likewise, in Proverbs 5:3 it is clear that the pathway to seduction involves “words” that are smooth, attractive — and beguiling: “For the lips of an immoral woman drip honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil…”

This passage of Proverbs clearly outlines the dynamics in sexual seduction; but the truth it reflects is equally applicable to the seduction of our actions to benefit the enemy; or a seduction in which the enemy deceives us into agreeing with his role of accuser against the brethren by harnessing the potency in the anointing of those called to serve the Lord through loose, misguided tongues. The result is the same as seen in verses 9 and 10: “Lest you give your honor to others, and your years to the cruel one; lest aliens be filled with your wealth, and your labors go to the house of a foreigner.”

We live in critical, pivotal and perilous times. The margin for error among those anointed for service is far less today than what it may have been a decade ago. And the intensity of the battle is increasing, while the margin for error decreasing.

The Lord is setting in motion critical pathways, strategic alliances and moves of His Spirit — that do not need to be diverted from their course — or to have inroads of attacks opened by misguided, loose tongues from the camp of those anointed for service. This is what the enemy would like.

Countering the Enemy’s Strategy with Intercession

Addressing this issue begins by becoming aware of and guarding against this deception of the enemy.

But, there is also a distinct need among intercessors to pray against this diabolic strategy — a strategy designed to deceive and gain ‘agreement power’ according to the principle in Matthew 18:19. A strategy to seduce saints into agreeing with the enemies intentions and as a result harnesses the anointing (Proverbs 4:23 to 5:10) to serve his purposes as accuser of the brethren.

We each need to bring our thoughts and tongues captive to the Lord, and to be increasing the time spent in prayer. Similarly, we have entered a time when there needs to be an escalation of and increase in the potency of the intercession supporting those serving the Lord as pioneers.

What the Lord was showing me, is a major stratagem of the enemy operating against the Body — in harnessing the power and anointing operating in believers who fall prey to the enemy’s deceptions to trigger their soulish nature, which in effect then become subject to the enemy’s purposes. In far too many instances, this begins by yielding to him (the enemy) our ‘most unruly members, our tongues.’

The “fire” released by the misguided tongues of those called and anointed of the Lord has significantly undermined and impeded moves of God and initiatives the Lord has entrusted to the Body. A strategy of the evil one, representing uncontrolled, fleshly and misguided actions of well intentioned saints who simply do not have a good grasp of a given situation; or of the potential negative impact that their loose words can have spiritually on the Body corporate.

Countering the Enemy’s Strategy by Crucifying the Flesh

It is a time for those who hear the voice of the Lord — those who are genuinely called and anointed for service to press in more closely to the Holy Spirit. It is a time to genuinely examine and crucify fleshly desires. Jealousy, anger, selfish ambition, dissension, competition, and the like, have no place among those called to service. The flesh is a luxury that intercessors or any in ministry cannot afford.

It is a time to double-, triple- and quadruple-check key leadings and guidance we get from the Lord — before acting on them. There is a need to recognize that once the revelation is received, that we need to avoid haste and impulse, and continue waiting before the Lord for the illumination and the release.

Countering the Enemy’s Strategy through Unity

It is a time when those who hear the voice of the Lord — those called as intercessors and those anointed for service need to be coming together — for strengthening, for unity and for the purpose of getting a greater grasp on the broader picture being orchestrated by the Holy Spirit.

It is a time when every member of the Body needs to be fervent in prayer, pressing in and staying very close to the Lord — and standing in the gap for those representing the leaders within their spheres. There is no question that the enemy has targeted those who are anointed for service and has them in the cross-hairs of the scope of his schemes.

Being Alert to Avoid Deception, Diversion and Division

Because of that, special attention needs to be given to avoiding the enemy’s traps relative to deception, diversions and division. Special attention needs to be given to guarding our tongues — of bringing every thought captive to the obedience of the Lord — and of praying fervently for the wisdom, maturity and self-control needed to genuinely operate as living sacrifices to the Lord.

Gap-Standers versus the Accuser

Ezekiel 22:30 calls us to stand in the gap against the accuser of the brethren. Yet, far too many — even within intercessory circles; sometimes because of impulsive responses to preliminary revelations; sometimes unfortunately in a perverted sense of self-righteousness; sometimes simply due to frustrations — wind up functioning in alignment with Satan as gap-finders, rather than in their God-given role of standing in the gap. A tragic blindness resulting from misguided tongues.

Proverbs 10:18,19 provides the wisdom we need to face and embrace: “Whoever hides hatred has lying lips, and whoever spreads slander is a fool. In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, but he who restrains his lips is wise.” This will involve dying daily to self. It will involve diligently working toward bringing about the unity of the Body spoken of in Ephesians 4 and John 17. It will involve the steps toward the fullness outlined in Isaiah 58:9,10 (Amplified):

“If you take away from your midst the yokes of oppression, the finger pointed in scorn (toward the oppressed or the godly); and every form of false, harsh, unjust and wicked speaking; then shall your light rise in darkness and your obscurity and gloom become as the noonday.”

Moving Onto the Offensive

Spiritual warfare involves a dedication and obedience. It involves an ongoing intimacy with the Lord — an intimacy that is not overshadowed or overwhelmed by the activities He may charge us with. It is a genuine focus on the relationship. It involves an ongoing brokenness before the Lord; a humility that refuses to take ourselves or the exploits associated with our callings too seriously; and a genuine servants heart — always ready to forgive and always ready to repent.

Simultaneously, I know of no other time in history that as a believer; and as an intercessor that I would want to be about my Lord’s business. We simply need to be wise in pursuing the opportunities the Lord entrusts us with and avoid the traps set up by the evil one to divert and ensnare us. The words of John the Baptist seem to aptly draw together the wisdom needed for the answers I was seeking during that time of personal grief in late 1996 when, in referring to the rise in Jesus’ ministry, he stated that “He (Jesus) must increase, and I must decrease.”

We need to seek the Lord for the Issachar context — that we might have an accurate understanding of the times we are living in — and know what to do — within the spheres of our callings. The battle out there is very real. But so are His manifold means to equip us for the battle. In terms of being used in the days ahead, we have only begun to scratch the surface in terms of the mighty ways He is going to allow us to be participators in His divine plans and purposes.

Central to avoiding the traps of the enemy and walking in fruitfulness with the Lord in the times we have entered will be the extent to which we embrace the truth in Galatians 2:20 — the exchanged life. It is no longer our lives we our living — but His. It involves what Paul referred to as the necessity of “dying daily to self.” And, as anointed and called servants of the Lord, we cannot underestimate the importance of the control of our tongues and of the corollary of bringing EVERY thought captive to the obedience of Jesus.

The Prayer

Lord God Almighty, in the Name that is above all Names, in the Name of Jesus, we approach your throne boldly on these matters. And as we come into your Presence, we bow our hearts before You in repentance. Lord, we’ve failed in this area and we need Your help. Enable us each to take the moats and the beams out of our own eyes, before we consider noting the splinters in the eyes of others. Lord anoint us afresh as gap-standers for our brethren and deliver us from the trap of becoming gap-finders. And give us a right spirit in these matters.

Lord, we purpose to forgive and to bless those who may have inadvertently, or even intentionally, cursed us by their words. And we ask you to forgive them Lord. We purpose to trust You with these matters Lord, and not to align ourselves with the accuser. Help us Lord; help us to walk through these pathways in faith; and help us to overcome our unbelief. Help us to recognize and avoid what your Word speaks of as idle words and to bring every thought captive to Your obedience.

Deliver us O God, from impulsive and soulish responses — from selfish ambitions and misguided words and actions. Lord, we are nothing without You anyway — so we re-consecrate our callings, our ministries; and those things we have come to protect and consider precious before You — and we put them into your very capable hands. In so doing, we die to our own selfish ideas and ambitions, and simply make ourselves available to you anew and say in deepest humility, “here I am Lord.”

Holy Father, keep us in Your name, the name which You have given to the Lord Jesus, that we may be one, even as You are one. We do not ask that You take us out of the world, but that You make us instruments of Your presence and a deterrent to the evil one’s schemes. Sanctify us in Your truth. Your Word is truth. Make us one, even as You are one, that the world may know that Jesus the Messiah was indeed sent by You as Savior and Lord. The glory You have given to the Lord Jesus, to Yeshua, we receive, as He gives it to us, for the purpose of being one, just as You are one.

Thank you Lord, that we will be perfected in unity, so that the world will see that we are Yours and are the objects of Your love. Lord, we ask for the Holy Spirit’s anointing and infilling to go out into the world, to where you are sending us — to minister, to give our lives as a ransom for many, to seek and to save that which is lost and to do Your Holy will.

Lord, let trust and love flow within the Body. We need your supernatural intervention in this area Lord. We cry out to you to cleanse us Lord. Cleanse us individually and as a Body. Help us and enable us to be able to truly stand in the gap for and love our brethren. Bring us as a Body into that place in You, O Lord, that the Scripture refers to as the full knowledge of the Lord. Open the eyes of our understanding and give us the balance we need to operate in spirit and in truth. In spirit and in truth Lord.

And Lord as you bring us together, mobilize the intercessors to stand in the gap for those called to pioneer new pathways and agendas. Lord, put a guard over our tongues and give us a deeper revelation of Your heart on these matters, as well as the tasks before us. And contain us Lord, to operate within the sphere that You have called us to operate in.

Lord, we pray that by Your power; that an army of intercessors would be mobilized; that there would be significant changes of heart within each of us called to serve you; and that an axe might be laid to the root of this insidious strategy of the enemy — of releasing this fire of misguided tongues.

Lord, You are awesome and worthy of our praise. Nothing is too hard for You. Mature us as a Body and bring us to the place that when we, Your people, come on the scene, that the enemy will scatter. Reveal Your heart to us Lord and open the eyes of our understanding; that we may know what is the hope of Your calling; that we may align ourselves with your priorities and initiatives for the era we have entered.

May Your peace and presence be upon Your people Israel as You bring fulfillment to Your promises for Your chosen people. These are indeed incredible times to be about Your work, Lord. Release revival, we pray. Renew us and let revival reign in OUR hearts. We thank You Lord, for choosing us, for anointing us, and entrusting us to be used as instruments of Your purpose in the strategic times before us! Amen.

There’s been a turning and with it the need to raise up the standard that will overcome and usher the Body into its finest hour.

For the LORD has opened His armory, and brought out the weapons of His indignation; for this is the work of the Lord God of hosts.” Job 38: 22,23; Jer 50:25

Then, ten year later, on November 6, 2006, Trish’s 21 year-old son Shane, our grandson, was killed getting out of his car on a freeway.

The “why” and “if only” questions that bear on the unexpected tragedy of losing a child and then a grandchild involve answers that will only be adequately grasped when we reach eternity. The interim requires a bedrock faith and trust in the Lord, knowing that we live in a fallen world and that there is a battle that rages around us.

Yet, beyond that place of pain and grief, as a prophetic intercessor, in both instances I asked the Lord for an understanding of the context of what was taking place in the heavenlies: to understand the times and know what to do. The answers I sought are foundational to the Body entering the maturity Paul wrote about in Ephesians 4.

In both instances as I prayed, I realized that the context involved an incredible level of spiritual activity in the heavenlies. When Trisha was killed, the Lord also clearly showed me a serious flaw operating in the Body that plays into empowering the enemy’s schemes. I wrote a post for SIGN within days following Trisha’s funeral and then reposted it in 2004. After Shane’s death, the Lord spoke a very clear word to me about “spiritual swirls” in describing the same heightened spiritual activity that was recognized surrounding his mother’s death. Likewise, as the evil one has used the misguided tongues of those called into God’s service, so the enemy has taken great advantage of the blindness that the Church has for the significance of the days the Lord has decreed to corporately compensate for the evil that rages in this world. The times demand that we better understand the elements of this spiritual dynamic that we will refer to as “the swirl.”

Background
Each year the Jewish high holy days precede the counterfeit celebration of Ramadan. The high holy days outlined in the Bible conclude with Yom Kippur, the day-of-atonement. Corporately across the entire Jewish community, Yom Kippur is a time of soul-searching and repentance.

It is no accident that at the time that the great counterfeit religion corporately conjures up a heightened level of spiritual activity at Ramadan, that the Word of God has outlined a sequence of celebrations and cleansing. The Lord has always provided the means by which His people can avoid the spiritual backlash created by the frenetic machinations of God’s enemies. Similarly, it is no coincidence that Halloween falls in this same time frame. Many ancient European traditions hold that Halloween began as one of those liminal times of the year when spirits connect with the physical world and when magic is most potent.

God’s means of making His people to be the head and not the tail has included the provision needed to compensate for the Chaldeans and Jihadists, along with all the sorceries that run rampant in a fallen world. So, as the Church increasingly becomes reacquainted with its Jewish roots, the times call for a reevaluation of the casual way we have regarded seasons the Lord has set aside to corporately realign His people spiritually. In like fashion, we need to recognize the potential and purpose of the spiritual swirls that manifest during seasons marked by the crazed passions of the enemies of the Lord.

The Swirls
Spiritual swirls bring chaos. They are illusive and major on white being called black and black white. They bring forth the premises that misalign perceptions so that evil is called good and good evil. Swirls mask and shift realities and create illusions and distractions. They hover around anything good tied to Israel, can be counted on to show up whenever a move of God is manifesting or when the enemy’s camp is being broached. Swirls can be very subtle and entice on a level that diverts agendas moving toward God’s best into something far less. Yet, God brings order out of chaos, which is the truth by which “swirls” will be defeated.

Dealing with the swirls will mean that the Body will have to take a hard step into maturity. The swirls are not only fed, but greatly empowered by the misguided tongues and myopic goals of far too many who are in leadership among the anointed. They bear significantly on how we define “success.” Confronting the swirls will take us beyond ethics. Ethics and righteousness cannot be overlooked, but ethics are not enough. Dealing with the swirls will take us beyond simple faith. Again, faith is essential and will be a significant part of dealing with this dynamic. But simple faith alone will not be enough.

Addressing the swirls will begin by hearing the voice of the Lord at a level that is combined with the power of His truths. The pivot point to compensating for this force being released against us will be when the Church begins corporately following the pathway that results in the release of the manifest power of God.

Discerning the Swirl
Discerning the swirls might be best illustrated by describing a rite known as whirling dervishes conducted by a Muslim sect. A dervish is a dancer who stands between the material and cosmic worlds. The dance is part of a mystical ceremony in which the dervish rotates in a precise rhythm. The dancer represents the earth revolving on its axis while orbiting the sun. The purpose of the ritual whirling is for the dervish to empty himself of all distracting thoughts, leading into a frenzied trance or ecstasy that conjures up a power that is released into the operations of its adherents.

The key word in this activity is conjure. To “conjure” means to summon a devil or spirit by magical or supernatural power. It is a means of spiritual conveyance that sends ripples of its impact into its enthusiasts. It is a religious rite that coincides with the activities used in black magic and sorceries. It can involve invoking a spell or a power to influence. Yet, the swirls representing the most damage to the purposes of God are ones birthed in the heart of hell that worm their way and attach themselves within ministry circles. When embraced, the fruit will be hypocrisy, Judas-type infiltration, misguided decision-making and alliances with evil from within the ranks of leaders anointed for God’s service.

Understanding the Times and Knowing What To Do
We are entering a time in which closely adhering to the principles and ordinances of God’s Word, as well as conforming to the models outlined in the Bible will not be an option. In some cases, it will be the fine line that determines the difference between life and death. Basic Christianity begins with ethical precepts: doing right and doing good. The first steps in Christian maturity involve learning to operate by exercising our faith. Operating in faith on a basic level requires a grasp of basic principles of God’s Word.

However, moving into the maturity required for these times will involve a transition into a place to where faith is much more than the outcome of our human efforts. The maturity needed for the days upon us will incorporate a convergence between an ongoing clarity in hearing the voice of the Lord; and operating in a flow, directed by the Spirit of the Lord. This level of constant clarity of hearing God’s voice and flowing in His Spirit will be marked and guided by the principles, ordinances and models outlined in God’s Word.

Jesus gave us the principles, the model, the pathway and power for change with His teachings on “the Kingdom,” which within the context of the Jewish world from which He came, merged the spiritual, community and practical principles of business and work. It was the pathway and power that would revolutionize and set in motion the restoration of a fallen world.

Taking this pathway and exercising this power resulted in a handful of His followers releasing the most dramatic societal change ever seen in one generation. It also set in motion a spiritual backlash and “swirls” that resulted in an erosion of both the Kingdom principles and the biblical Jewish foundations so pertinent to this pathway of power.

Understanding the “swirls” will address the feeble condition of the Body of today as a whole, along with our need to face the realities needed to begin moving back into the place of power, that in the days of the early church took only one generation to open the pathway to turning the world upside down.

The quiet of the neighborhoods of the West is an illusion that masks what is currently taking place in spiritual places. The Church in its present condition is largely anemic to deal with the power coming against us. But it doesn’t have to be. The same advancements in communications that have allowed the enemies of the Lord to band together and mobilize is available to the Church: and assuming there is a casting down of our sacred crowns and our illusions of success; this “coming together” of the Body will restore both the pathway and power that set the early church in motion.

Confronting the Swirl
Confronting this force coming against us begins with consecration. It will involve a corporate response to the spiritual big picture. From there will manifest the requirement to recognize God’s favor in the face of overwhelming adversity and the significance of the strategy of suffering. Overcoming the unleashing of the enemy’s corporate power will entail a grass roots focus and genuine servant leadership that has the authority to discern and uphold the Kingdom standard in the face of compromise. It will then come to recognize and begin repossessing the gates of our full inheritance.

Consecration and the Power and Judgment of God. Consecration involves a time before the Lord that revisits and upgrades our priorities and pathways. The significance of what lies before us is such that we as a Body must prepare our hearts in a level of corporate consecration unlike any time before in this generation. The Lord is mobilizing a band of believers across this world, who will strategically turn the tide of the swirls and this force coming against us. More of the same harder will not be enough. This consecration will unleash the power and judgment of God akin to what was operating in the early Church.
“You have not passed this way before. So, consecrate yourself, for the Lord will do wonders among you.” Joshua 3:4-5

The intensity of the battle will require more than our best human efforts and the methods that may have brought results a mere decade or two ago. Again, it is going to take this mobilized band of believers globally to stand as one against the enemy’s assaults. Yet, as in the days of Jehoshaphat, God will again and again intervene with His power and judgment to turn the tide, as we stand as one before Him.
“O Lord God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this force coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You. So all Judah stood before the Lord.” 2 Chron 20:12

The Corporate Response to the Spiritual Big Picture. The transition needed is nothing short of the Body once again operating according to the principles of the Kingdom that Jesus entrusted to those who led the early Church. It is the power of God that operates beyond human effort. David had a glimpse of this Kingdom dynamic when he described the interaction between the “angels” who wield the power of God to carry out God’s plans; with the cooperation of the hosts—those operating now together with that great cloud of witnesses spoken of in Hebrews who are beyond the constraints of time—who are united in orchestrating this divine realignment underway; for the purpose of setting in motion the “works” that will bear on the restoration of the dominion that belongs to the Lord alone.
“Bless the LORD, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, obeying His voice. Bless the LORD, all you His hosts, you ministers of His, who do His pleasure. Bless the LORD, all His works, in all places of His dominion.” Psalm 103: 21,22

We who are called by His Name are ambassadors of Life. It is the Spirit who gives Life; and they that know Him MUST know Him in both Spirit and in Truth. The battle that rages in spiritual places is a battle between the forces of Life and the forces of death. Jesus said we would be known by our fruit. Ushering in God’s Kingdom will not be marked by human effort, but rather the power of God. There will be no room for leaders with baggage or like Judas, those who are secretly enticed with evil alliances and power. The way of the Kingdom will be a new pathway for many; but will be marked by the power and judgment of God. The principles of the Kingdom demand more—which is where real faith begins and the Power of God lies.

God’s Favor in the Face of Adversity. Despite the bondage and oppression of God’s people in Egypt, the preparation for the exodus was characterized by an unusual favor not only among the Egyptian people, but at the level of those who served Pharaoh. So it will be as we transition into drawing the line and taking a stand against the forces coming against us.
“Moreover Moses was very great in the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh’s servants and in the sight of the people, so that the LORD gave His people favor in the sight of the Egyptians.” Exodus 11:3

Suffering as a Strategy. Biblical suffering is not the result of the messes we create for ourselves, but rather the swirls and pressures that confront us when we’re on the right path in terms of God’s purposes. Suffering is a byproduct of the clashes that result when the enemy and his minions attempt to undermine our efforts to build God’s Kingdom. Becoming a believer during the days of the early Church involved risk and suffering due to its impact on the depravity and oppression prevailing across governmental, economic and religious spheres.

Responded to correctly, the way of suffering actuates the power of God that facilitates the role of world-changers. It is the narrow corridor bordered by Life and death, the delicate passage of which can tip the balance toward Life. There is a significant difference in defensively trying to beat off the enemy and that of “taking up the sword of the Lord” and moving onto the offensive. Scripture tells us that God worked unusual miracles at the hands of Paul. That is because he understood this level of spiritual maturity and the power that is released when we face and embrace the dynamic of suffering as a potent strategy.

The Grass Roots Focus and Servant Leadership. Jesus came and reached out to everyday people. He modeled a very unusual form of leadership by the world’s standards: servant leadership. The God-centered entrepreneurial community prototyped by Abraham and outlined in the Torah stood against the oppression and self-serving orientation and corruption that were the typical form of leadership in the world that existed in those days and the world we live in now. God-anointed leadership will always have a grass roots focus, servanthood as its orientation; and be fearless in making a difference in confronting the oppression and evil running rampant in this world.
“Gentile rulers lord over them and their great ones wield their authority. Not so with you. Let him who is the greatest become the least, and the leader as the servant. For I am among you to serve.” Luke 22:25-27

Upholding the Kingdom Standard in the Face of Compromise. The power of the swirls is heightened by corner-cutting and falling short of the standards of God’s Kingdom that were outlined by Jesus. Blind spots, serious soul issues, compromise and stubborn defiance have no place among those at the forefront of the battles before us. Psalm 15 refers to “speaking truth in our own hearts.” The authority and power of God is NOT for those who operate with “issues” or misguided motives. Such are matters to be taken care of in individual prayer closets. As the Body begins confronting the swirls, the Lord will be raising up a generation of leaders who will not fall short of the Kingdom standard. Simultaneously, the Spirit of the Lord will be addressing those leaders who are dead wood, compromising or simply operating according to falsehoods.

Repossessing the Gates and the First Born. Colossians 1:18 refers to Jesus as the “firstborn from the dead.” Death is the enemy of Life. The early Church entered the gateway through which life was restored to the dead. Today’s persecuted church has similar reports. Confronting the swirls will involve recognizing and repossessing the gates of our inheritance. The restoration of His Kingdom begins in this world. Scripture clearly outlines the premise of dominion—which bears on exercising the authority to make a difference as a light in the darkness within the fabric of society. We have entered a time in which nothing less than the standard of “life from the dead” should be acceptable. We stand at those gates.
“This is the generation of those who seek You, who seek Your face – even Jacob. Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O gates, and lift them up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is the King of glory? The Lord of hosts, You are the King of glory.” Psalm 24:6-10

The swirls will only increase until the Western church begins recognizing the gravity of the battle. Coexistence with the evil running rampant outside the peace of our neighborhoods should be repugnant to our sensibilities.

Two thirds of the world lives under the dominion of some form of oppression or corruption. The swirls are the precursors taking their positions against our unstable foundations. The archenemy of the Lord is raising his head in an attempt to close the gap represented by that part of the world where God’s Light still remains as a beacon in this creeping darkness. In days past, many of us have heard reference given to “cheap grace.” Similarly today, we desperately need the power of God, but because of our “conditions” for embracing the power, it wanes when the sacrifice appears too high. God’s Love is unconditional. Our response can be nothing less. We have the answers. The issue involves the cost and the pathway.
“Lord, You turn my mourning into joy. You comfort me, and make me rejoice from my sorrow.” (Jer 31:13) “By Your word O Lord, I have stayed far from the paths of the destroyer.” (Ps 17:4) “Lord, You equip me with every good thing to do your will, working in me that which is pleasing in Your sight.” (Heb 13:2) “You strengthen me with all power, according to Your glorious might.” (Col 1:29)

The 10th Mountain Division are known for being the alpine combat arm to the U.S. military and for their preparedness and speed in being deployed anywhere in the world. They go into the high and challenging places like mountains in Afghanistan, Russia, Europe, and other countries during war time to engage and overtake the enemy’s forces to ensure freedom. They also bring humanitarian and peacekeeping efforts to our country and other countries of the world.

We as a team at WISE, are like them; we protect those we serve, we seek to know, understand, and implement the strategies of our Commander in Chief; we follow Him and obey His plans. We partner with His Holy Spirit and dismantle the enemy’s strategies, base camps, places of defense and offense and we establish new territories, strategy and deployment centers to usher in the True Freedom of God to the people of the earth; to those who know Him and do not know Him, yet.
